PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) - Phnom Penh Municipal Court detained a man Thursday for attacking his ex-wife with acid.
The suspected, identified as 49-year-old Bi Soeun, was arrested on Monday at Kossamak Hospital, where victim Roeung Map had been hospitalized.
The woman was badly injured in front of Sovanna Supermarket in Tomnop Toek commune in Chamkar Morn district on Sunday night when her ex-husband attacked after an argument.
